Have you considered life coaching?

Goal achievement is hard work, and worse, it can be very lonely. I know the feeling of toiling away towards a vision, not seeing results, and losing motivation as a result. The disappointment morphs into anxiety and then I freeze. Can you relate?

For those in my network that I have not met directly, my name is Florence. For those I have met throughout my career, hello again! Question for you: what are you willing to do to achieve your goals?

I’d like to share the power of life coaching with you. Like most people I get frustrated when I put a lot of effort into a goal and don’t see results immediately. If I get frustrated enough, the chances that I’ll throw in the towel are high. Not quite a recipe for success.

That’s where life coaching comes in for me. It wasn’t until I started being coached that I realized the true enemies of success are lack of purpose, resilience, motivation, clarity and confidence, not incapability. In fact, in the absence of these detractors, most people can achieve what they put their minds to.

That’s why life coaching is truly a secret weapon. Take me for an example. This transformational style of life coaching routinely unblocks my motivation, creativity and resilience so that I can accomplish my most meaningful goals. It is a holistic and humanistic approach to personal growth and development that focuses on your mindset and unconscious thought patterns. Life coaching will help you make lasting changes in your life, it’s not therapy, and it works for any goal you may have, big or small. What's more, many companies that offer tuition reimbursement programs cover coaching, if your purpose in seeking coaching is to be better at your job.

I believe in life coaching so much that I am now a Career/Life Coach, and I am also pursuing my ICF ACC Coach Certification, the most respected credential in the coaching industry. My goal is to help others discover their purpose and passion and create a game plan for goal achievement.

If I’ve piqued your interest in life coaching. I certainly encourage you to learn more. If what you’ve been doing isn’t working, what's stopping you from trying something different? I welcome you to schedule a brief discovery call with me to discuss further how life coaching can benefit you. From there you can decide if life coaching is for you.

Thanks for your attention and I hope to hear from you soon.
