1-on-1 career and life coaching is the process of engaging on a 1-on-1 basis either online or in-person with me, a professional coach. Through consistent weekly or bi-weekly meetings where I will assist, guide, and inspire you to overcome challenges, make positive changes, and realize your full potential.

1-on-1 coaching is best for people who:

  • are making a career transition (e.g. changing industries or job roles, starting a business).

  • are experiencing a life transition (e.g. a divorce, new empty nesters, moving).

  • want to figure out their purpose and vision.

  • have "bigger picture/multi-year" goal planning to do (e.g. degree planning, job promotion strategy)

  • have trouble keeping themselves accountable, and would benefit from an accountability partner.

  • want to increase their level of self awareness.

  • have an important goal to achieve within a tight timeframe.
